Our Classic Sourdough is a San Francisco style sourdough made with mostly white flour and a hint of rye. This loaf has a wonderful crust with a light and fluffy interior. As with all of our sourdough breads, this loaf is made without the use of commercial yeast. We use a method of long fermentation time in order to increase digestibility and depth of flavour.
Available in classic round or pan loaf.
Ingredients: Unbleached White Flour, Dark Rye Flour, Sea Salt, Sourdough Starter
